5 PM – Intro To Python – Bill

Today We:

1. Started the Shopping Cart System project
2. Learned how to create multi-lined string
3. Created a while loop to ask the user for their response to the menu
4. Created a variable to keep track of the total cost
5. Created a list to keep track of every item in the user’s cart

Your HW:

1. Add the rest of the items to the if statement chain (ice cream, bread, soup) just like we did for the milk
2. After the user exits the loop, print out the final total cost
3. Also use a for loop to display all the items the user has in their shopping cart
