1. Create a new class SlowDriver.java . This class should inherits from Driver class. Override the timeInMinuteToMakeTheTrip method so it will take 3 times longer during rush hour.
2. Create a new class NewYorkTaxiDriver.java. This class should inherits from Driver class. Override the timeInMinuteToMakeTheTrip method so it will disregard the rush hour.
3. Change initializeDrivers() method to change Amber from Driver into NewYorkTaxiDriver and Brandon into SlowDriver.
