2. How to write a function to convert something into something else

Homework:

1. Do #4-7 from the Lists,Inputs,… Websites in a file called Dec11_FunctionsWebsiteHomework.py
2. NOTE: Please submit your homework file inside the google drive folder Friday at 7pm
