3 PM – Scratch Level 1 – Allison

Today we:

• continued the Spaceship project
• coded the Rocket sprite to go to a specific location when the Green Flag is clicked
• created and coded the Asteroid sprite
• coded the Rocket sprite to be in the front layer and the Star sprite to be in the back layer

Homework:

1. draw 2 more costumes for your Asteroid sprite (you should have a total of 3 costumes)
2. create a new sprite named “Banner”
3. draw two costumes for the Banner sprite. One costume should say “Game Over” and the other costume should say “You Win”.

• note: pictures of my Banner costumes are attached below. You do not have to copy how my Banner costumes look. You can decorate it if you’d like.
