5 PM – Scratch 1 – Yitong

Today we:

1. Finished the Mary Had A Little Lamb project.
2. Started the Christmas Card project.
3. Added the Christmas Tree sprite and made it change colors.
4. Added a gradient background.
5. Added the Text sprite and made it move across the screen. When it gets to the right side of the screen, it goes back to the left side of the screen and moves down slightly.
6. Added the Bell sprite. It shows up when the game starts and disappears when the player clicks on the Christmas Tree sprite.
7. Made a Name Tag sprite.
8. Changed the Happy Birthday sprite to say Merry Christmas.

Homework:

1. Make the Name Tag sprite move from the upper right corner to the lower left corner.
2. Make the Banner sprite move from the upper left corner to the lower right corner.
