5 PM – Scratch Level 1 – Allison

Today we:

• coded the cat to glide and draw the octagon
• coded the cat to hide after all of the shapes are drawn
• coded the cat to show when the Green Flag is clicked
• finished the Drawing Shapes on Grid project
• introduced and started the Animal Crossing project

Homework:

• add a new mouse sprite
• recolor both of its costumes to yellow (hint: use the paint bucket tool for easier coloring)
• code it to go to the middle of the right border when the Green Flag is clicked (hint: use your coordinate plane paper if needed)
• code it to forever move left
